Hi, FCAP! I sent you an inquiry at fcap@globalink.org about how to get in touch with specifically one of your leaders for an interview? I wonder how I may email you my letter directly and privately? Calling your office at your stated contact number leads me to a fax phone, and messages sent to fcap@tobaccocontrol.ph won't get through (my message was returned?).

Many thanks and cheers.

Has Noy Noy Aquino changed his mind and legally be sworn in by the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court instead of his Barangay Captain? That might be a little more important than quitting smoking. He might need cigarettes in prison to buy favors. I do not think a barangay captain has jurisdiction outside his barangay so Noy Noy would be president of his barangay. If Noy Noy decides to forcibly take office, he can be arrested for defying the highest court of the land and the Aquino family can take it all the way to the Supreme Court to argue it. Gloria has nothing to do with it. Somebody brought up that barangay captains can marry a couple like a judge. Is that a municipal judge, circuit court judge, federal judge, or the chief justice of the Supreme Court? Back in high school we discussed something similar. An Elvis Impersonator in Tulsa, Oklahoma can marry you; just in case a Catholic wanted to marry a Baptist or a Methodist depending on her mood when you asked her or if a Catholic wanted to marry a Lutheran and you were afraid to get permission from your parents first. Tulsa was only a two hour drive from Monett driving a red Volkswagen with bald tires. The Elvis Impersonator will even sing your favorite Elvis Presley song after the ceremony. My favorite Elvis song is “Can’t Help Falling In Love.” It was good to know because love can make you do strange things your senior year. Noy Noy be president; not a member of a boys club. Stay within the law, not circumvent it, if you really want to end corruption. You are still a senator till you are sworn in. Be president for the Filipino people instead of dying of lung cancer for your barangay.

Hello, I am a company doctor for a japanese corporation here in paranaque. The company president and general manager both smoke in their offices with doors open such that i have a lot of patients mostly close to these bosses who have health complaints related to smoking. They are not cooperative and to my knowledge the local government of paranaque has no ordinance to make all airconditioned offices smoke-free. I need your help, any advice how to approach the city council and how to facilitate the passing of an ordinance. Thank you
