Hello, I am a company doctor for a japanese corporation here in paranaque. The company president and general manager both smoke in their offices with doors open such that i have a lot of patients mostly close to these bosses who have health complaints related to smoking. They are not cooperative and to my knowledge the local government of paranaque has no ordinance to make all airconditioned offices smoke-free. I need your help, any advice how to approach the city council and how to facilitate the passing of an ordinance. Thank you
